The company 'ADBRITE' went out of business. Can the publishers file a 'CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST ADBRITE" for non payment?

The company 'ADBRITE' went out of business. They dissapeared from the internet completely. There is no way to get in touch with them and they owe many publishers money. What can the publisher do to get the monies owed from this company? Can the publishers file a 'CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST ADBRITE" for non payment? They didn't even send out the tax info required for taxes this year!!
