This guy really likes me and my friend liked him before me and now i like him. What should i do?

i dont know what to do he asked me to the dance and i dont want to hurt my best friend

If you don't want to hurt your friend, you should say no to his request. However, before declining his offer, talk to your friend about it and see how she reacts. If she is ok with it, go ahead and enjoy your dance with him.

but i think also he doesnt want to be just friends hes asked me out about 5 times already and my friend talks about him all the time and now she kinda doesnt like him and i txt him and i think she will be upset on what hes said like hes called me beautiful and stuff like that

You are allowed to say no to this guy. Friends dont date their friends X's. It will ruin a friendship.
