Slice potatoes very thinly (you can even use a peeler), sprinkle with salt and any other seasoning you'd like (I make seasoned baked fries and chips using salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika, Chili powder and extra virgin olive oil). Now pour some oil on the chips, make sure each chip has a nice coating of oil, but don't put to much, place on a large baking sheet and make sure they are all spread out (so they don't cover each other), you might need two baking sheets or to do them in shifts. Roast them in the oven on the highest heat your oven will go (I have a grill mode on my oven i use that as well). It won't be long before you golden crisp chips. Enjoy.
Easy, just use some good canola or vegetable oil to fry them in, peal potato and use a cheese slicer, these are like a vegetable peeler but are wide, then just fry up slice for a few second remove and place on paper towel to cool down and sprinkle with salt. Even get a carrot and use the peeler on it to make thin slices and fry them up, different but nice
