Well I haven't been lifting because my doctor says to only lift 20 pounds but everybody else says that sense I've been doing it for 2 years and my body is use to it then I'll be fine! I'm just scared I'll have a miscarriage!

Listen to your body. When u use good body mechanics and have help with heavy pts. You shouldn't be lifting anything heavier.

You should be lifting them properly... if you are there shouldnt really be an issue unless your physician has stated otherwise. Pregnancy does not equal fragility.

You should stop lifting anything heavy, while you are pregnant. Ask your employer for a hydraulic lift, for lifting the elderly. You may need your doctor, to write a letter stating you need this. Then you can give the letter your employer, to convince him you need it. Good luck.
