Does eating vegetables help your hair grow?

Report as

For me it did, because I don't like most vegetables, and I would take f o r e v e r to eat them. My hair would grow more during this period of time than when I was eating dessert (which took only about 15 seconds)

No actually massaging the roots of your hair will ... So when you taking a shower use the pads of your fingers instead of the nail and your hair shall grow

Ummm, idk, that's a weird question. No offense, but um I guess I mean I don't really eat vegetables all that much, I'm a meat lover, so yeah

Well if I'm right vegetables have minerals which I would imagine would be good for your hair however I don't study anything like that so it's just a guess and I would also think it wouldn't help with growing but I'm not sure.
