Gargle with salt water, your situation with your teeth can cause many different health problems, you've got to look into some kind of help. In my state there are dentist who take payments or give a very good discount to those who need it. You've got to get proactive & get some help with your dental issues. The discomfort must be unbearable. Goodluck!

Yes - this can be serious, especially if you have infections that close to the brain. I'd see if you can at least get checked out at the ER. Yours may or may not be case like I am suggesting, but not worth the risk...

This is not something to abuse an emergency room for. This is something that should be taken care of by a dentist and an ear nose and throat specialist. Neither work in an ER.

Well I was on a antibiotic from a dentist office I went to about two weeks ago. And they said this and said that but see my teeth r broke and my sinuses hurt but it eases up after I blow my nose. N I'm sry ifit sounds gross but I just took my last dose of antibiotic a week and a half ago

I am sure most of the pain is coming from the sinus's then.... You might need to go back to the dentist.

I'm thinking about trying to

With the idiotic health system we have in the US, if it was me, I'd want to know about the information regarding infections in the head. If cost is an issue then, which was states in the question, then by A L L means, use the ER. It's the people who live in fear of the health system and it's difficult to attain basic services that are the ones being abused.

The hospitals arround here don't wanna see me they wouldn't treat me for my blood pressure. I had to get my gf to lend me the money to get a doc to see me to give me something. And I have had Bp problems for about 9 or so years. I have it rough but ppl arround me laugh at me cuz I stay poor. I been working and not getting any money it's been going all to my x wife for child support I didn't even get any of my taxes back. So I'm with out a job and my gf is paying 200 a month to my child support to keep me out of jail. I'm trying though. And I am trying to help myself I'm getting my high school deploma and every thing so I can raise my babies. Sry just alot on my mind.

No problem Carter, I wasn't commenting on you. I feel bad that so many of our systems in the US (like the health system) make it difficult (or impossible) for everyday people to get help they need. I hope you're able to get assistance with what you're going through.

Me to. Lol I think I need alot of things like that. No friends to reach out to or nothing. No family. N haven't seen my kids in two years.

Well your gf sounds like she's helping with what she can, so that something's good. I guess maybe chocolates wouldn't be the best Valnetine's Day gift (considering you might want a few and that could aggravate your teeth) but somethign to say thanks.

Well, I sense that you're trying to be positive and proactive (as 'formerly8675309' mentioned), and that can be a large part of overcoming obstacles. I wish you all the best.

Yes... your bruxism can be the cause of all of this. Also, having cysts in your sinus's doesnt help. You really need to see a dentist for a night guard and an ENT for the cysts.

Idk if ky does that :-(( hurts bad at times. I did just start with nationwide dental insurance this month but idk what they cover. I just want them pulled out it hurts way to bad at times. My head always hurts.
Report as
I know... I have broken teeth too. You can have them pulled I would think.... but if the insurance will cover it... get them replaced.
Report as
They only do a 2000 deductible thingie. On things like that and I have to pay 30% on any work it just didn't state anything about pulling them. I'm getting tired of taking tylonal and ibu every day. :-(((.

Carter, if you can find a dental school/ college in your area you can get work done for free,or very inexpensive. You can also contact social services/ health department in your area for free or low cost dental care based on income. Local dentist office might be able to provide information you need as well. Some dentists might take monthly payments, you have options if you look. Good luck !

yes. poor dental health can be detrimental to all areas of your health. try a netty pot to flush your sinuses and health minimize some of the irritation.
also you don't need a specialized night guard. you can go to walmart or any sports equipment store and get a regular mouth guard.
my wisdom teeth seem to hurt more when my allergies are bad and sinuses are irritated which gives me headaches on top of my sinus headaches
