Yes. it looks quite strange though usually, and it is easy for it to go wrong. I saw a show on TV in which a 50 yr old man had chest implants, and bicep implants. The arms were ok, but the chest implants would move around alot, and unless he held his arms flat by his sides, they just looked plain weird. It was also an excuse to not put much effort into a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to see what chest implants on a man can do, watch the movie "Wild Hogs" with Tim Allen and John Travolta. Tim Allen had them and got them removed . You can see the damage done there. See comment.
Do it the old fashioned way. Bench presses. Pick a weight that's comfortable for you to press at least 5 times in 3 subsequent intervals spaced no more than 5 min apart. Do it every other day until you are able to press 10 reps, then up the weight another few pounds and start over with 3 sets of 5 reps each. Great stress reliever as well!
