How fast can I get rid of my body fat like this?

I have great genetics as my father is a successful bodybuilder.
I have 2 years of random workout in gym behind me, and now I will start to go from 3-4 to 6 times gym a week, dividing my workout in three sections.
I am also planning to drop all unnecessary sugar and other unhealthy stuff like chips from my diet.
I'm 18 years old 180 cm tall with weight of 89 kg and about 21% body fat.

Don't start out with too much, start out slow, Your body isn't use to the dramatic change, Also don't starve yourself, I have tried that turned out it made me gain weight by starving myself, You can try eating salads and fruit. Stuff that's good for ya, walking, exercise, and yoga actually helps burn calories, I felt a big difference with the Yoga, Very good you need to stretch it helps.
Also there is a little trick, Try breathing in Oxygen in the place you want to loose weight, Oxygen burns fat.
When walking suck your stomach in and breath a deep breath of air in your gut.
Hope this helps. Don't get out of control tho, People can get anorexic starving themselves and vomiting there food after eating it.

Interesting information, though the chance is not that dramatic: it means I train my muscles in three sections letting each of them rest for 72 hours or so.

i don't think this can be genetics, maybe you and your father eat and live in the similar way.

just try these ways and you are going to know how fast you can get rid of your body fat. ;D
