once I have unsecured debt that goes into collections and they take me to court... can I include it in a bankruptcy claim?

about five years ago I received multiple payday loans... now all at once they are coming after me.

the only stuff you CANT file in bankruptcy is student loans and tax liens. everything else you can bankrupt on but be prepared to lose anything you put up as collateral. for future reference... those types of loans will screw you worse than anything. best to stay away!

If you're filing for bankruptcy, you should mention all of the debt you have to the judge. Some things like student debt may not be excused, but it should all count when the judge considers what sort of payment plan, or level of debt forgiveness, is appropriate.
