What do you do for exercise?
Walk the dog, pull weeds, vacuum, wash floors....you get the idea..

Yoga, it's great you can feel it working and it relaxes you too. The streching is also great.
Stationary exercise bike, push-ups, sit-ups, light weight lifting, and a few balance exercises (I have bad balance)
Walk and p90x 3times a week, work, work, work....
Break horses, it's all the exercise you'll ever need!
