The probation review is a period when the probation officers, also known as the community supervision officers review one's sentencing recommendations with the offenders and their family before submitting them to the court. The officers check on the progress of the offender and if he/she is adjusting to the terms sentenced on and rehabilitation progress. Depending on the findings by the officers, the terms of the probation may change, like have a travel restrictions lifted among others.
