How can i see who rated my answers and which ones are rated?

when i comment, how can i see if my answers were helpful? how can i see who rated them?

You read the number next to the helpful icon and that shows how many people thought it was helpful. You see who did it by reading your notifications as they pop up... No other way.

There is a number by "Activity" in the top-right corner. If it is more than zero. click on it.
It will tell you what is going on.

He is on an Android, there is no activity bar.
When you are on the app, there's no way to see who voted you I believe.
