Epsom Salt has magnesium and sulfate in it that helps with sore muscles & nerves throughout the body. When you body gets starts to get depleted of these two minerals your muscles will become sore & your nerves inflamed so during a bath you can absorb these. A lot of runners will do this 2-3 x a week for about 12 min but do not use soap it interferes with the absorption.
