You're in a poor situation. Although if you're living comfortably on you're income now your social security shouldn't be a great deal less. You will have to have some other income though

I don't understand the question .. What do mean what can you 'do' .. as in activities or do you mean for a lively hood. If you're talking about livelihood, what have you set aside by way of RRSPs .. or what would you have in your social security fund?

Hi. With the economy today, It's hard to think of retirement in any way. I hear your concern. If you live in the United States there are taxes you have paid throughout the years of legal employment. Social security to name one. You can see about drawing on that. 16000 a year is very limited, but anything will help. Try looking up different areas on ASK. Maybe on the side of your screen, there is a list of categories. Gardening, Teen relationships, Adult relationships, citizen rights. I can't see mine right now. I do know they have them. Try to pull directly on one of the subcategories. If not, you can try looking in your 'blue pages' in your Yellow Pages. Good Luck. You do deserve a break and to relax a bit now. Have a nice Sunday. I hope this helps. :)
