im a thirteen year old girl as well and also want to be in the military. what branch of the military are you specifically interested in? for example I want to join the marines. so first I want to marines.com. I looked at the education reqirements as well as the physical reqirements. then I read articles and books on marines and watched videos about the training. I am a soccer player and so I am very active. I actually play soccer every single day, multiple times. on top of that I go to the gym and lift weights and swim laps. I run three miles every day. I do countless pushups, situps, pullups, crunches and jumping jacks each night and I streach for 15 min plus every day. I also ride my bike 6 miles each day, so I would say u definetly need to work out more..but hey u gotta start somewhere....

You need to do WAY more than 13 pull-ups

you need to be in fit maybe in training when in college or read more books about it that could help your career but most importantly be tough strong and brave and listen to directions very carefully .
