What is the best way to lose that last 10lbs of belly fat (particulary the "love handles")?
hello, i started working out about 3 months ago weighing around 215. Ive lost 10lbs since the start but in the last month ive plateaued, leaving me with the love handles i started out in the first place trying to lose. I run a mile 4 days a week followed by wieght training and an ab workout. tips on ab workouts would be great too
