Pure Protein Whey Protein powder (can find in grocery stores and GNC, make a shake everyday or add it to your coffee or something), and Osteo Bi-Flex with MSM and Hyluronic Acid (these are pills you take every day, the best for joints and fluid in spine)

Calcium and Protein rich food, and do not forget to get vitamin D, calcium is a waste if you dont have enough vitamin D in your body.
