Actually, they are really good for increasing the strength in your thighs and calves. If you are doing this... do not use too much weight. That will make them nice and muscular. That might make guys gawk.
Shrinking fat? Because you can't spot reduce. But it will tone the muscle.
Leg exercises will make your leg muscles to get larger. Do cardio exercises.
They build muscle on thighs and butt, so actually become bigger.Calves are hard to build and need separate specific exercise.
