Is there a way to make money over the internet without having to pay a start up fee?

My dad is out of a job, I don't have my license yet so money is really hard for us right now. I was wondering if there was a way for me to make money on the internet to help support the family.

Yes but you will need to be able to provide a product or service and find a market in which to sell this product or service.
