How does one get abs fast?

i used to have abs than i started getting sick and throwing up long story short i dont have abs anymore but i'm still skinny how do i get it back fast?

Lifting weights the right way. Drinking water, sleeping on a better schedule (7 - 9 hours), Eat foods that don't add too much fat, and of course Sit-ups. It takes time and work.

Eat 5-6 meals a day, ab workouts, weights, dedication, and time:)

It can be small meals when I was a baby I had a medical condition and also would throw up everything I ate.......

You already have "abs". If you didnt your guts will just fall out. Your abs can be toned, however, by doing situps and crunches and planks. Watching what you eat plays a large role in it too.
Do NOT overwork your abs though... as with any exercise...If you OVER do it... You will build muscle. The abs should not be built... but toned.

Why did you get sick? If you are completely better, you can start with modified sit ups and perform the bridge to build up the muscles underneath. Don't do crunches.

When I don't have workout camp (Monday-Thursday) I run a mile, do 50 sit-ups, 25 push ups, run a half mile. Repeat. End with half a mile to cool down. Make sure to stretch.

You dont get them back fast, you have to restrengthenin and reshape them.
