Should I visit a doctor?

The part where the ovaries are has been hurting intensely for 3 days. It is non-stop pain and nothing seems to work. I have taken pain pill, warm baths and I have used a ice pack. I don't necessarily feel ill. I don't know what to do. The pain is absolutely horrible. I can't sleep and I just want it to end. Should I visit a doctor? Or am I just overreacting?
Also that isn't me in the picture.. That is Eunhyuk. I thought to add that in case you thought I was male.

Yes, you should see a doctor, especially if you are sexually active. It could be anything from am infection to an ectopic pregnancy, to an ovarian cyst. None that ends well if left untreated.

Anything described as "absolute pain" and "just wanting it to end" is a good indication to see the doc. I'm not sure if your on any birth control but IUD's are known to cause ovarian cyst.
