What is the best basketball book to teach a coach how to coach?

my friend is a grammar school coach who is losing each game terribly. he asks the opposing coaches to take it easy after the third quarter. he's a great guy dedicated to the team. His teams just can't seem to get over the hump. any help.

Well, it depends. How does your team play? What sort of players do you have on your team? I can't simply recommend a playbook or strategy without knowing how your teams plays.

It's not my team it's a friend. I'm looking for the basic blueprint to become a successful coach at any level.

Hopefully The Great Bambino will answer. I would assume practice dribbles, run stop shoot but a book? no clue
