In all honesty tell a trusted friend who won't put you on suicide watch unless needed. Getting whatever's bugging you out may help, if its stressing you out go for a run around your neighborhood or go have a good work out they'll make you feel better :)
Find some thing that makes you happy! Listening to your favorite song really loud when your feeling the need to cut. Right know your body is addicted to the chemical that is released from the brain when the body is cut!
