Army Or Marines?

Report as

Any service is good service, the Army is bigger and has more opportunity, the Corps is smaller and more close-knit. Either branch is a good choice. Personally I'd say join the Marines first, then switch to Army later where there's more room for advancement.

Marines. Army is the first ones into a battle, so they're like cannon fodder. Marines go into battle Second, then the Navy, then the Airforce.

Wow, when did they change from the way it's been done since before the Constitution was drafted? The Marines are the "First To Fight" historically. Since the advent of asymmetrical warfare the use of Special Operators has been brought to the sharp end of the Spear more often.

Coast Guard. The smallest of the 5 services, and you'll stay close to home too.
