I always feel sick?

I'm 15 years old and this has been happening for a couple years, when I wake up in the morning I feel great, but as the day goes on my head starts to hurt (mostly the sides) and sometimes when I get up I get dizzy and my vision goes away for a few seconds. It usually gets worse around 3:00pm everyday, I thought it was coffee so I stopped but it still happens, any ideas to what is happening?

Are you eating a healthy diet? These can also be the symptoms of hypoglycemia, so you want to make sure you don't skip any meals.

many people feel dizzy if they get up too fast. the blood doesn't reach the brain fast enough. try to slow down while waking.(normal) you need to find out where and what is the cause. Are there CO2 detectors? it could be CO poisoning. many do feel tired at 2-3 Pm hence energy drinks that push your limits, and I find anti-healthy. Try to pace yourself. Those who burn twice as bright burn out twice as fast. removing caffeine is a good start. Do you eat many processed foods? Junk, fast, sodas, luncheon meats, heat-eats? Bad for your system. I tell everyone to eat like a KING for B-fast, a PRINCE for lunch and PAUPER for dinner. u use less energy at night MORE during the day.
