Any good workout routines to build muscle you can do in the house?
I'm 16 years old. Male weigh about 135
i am female weigh 83 im 16 and well all i do is run track and i live in big house i also do push ups chin ups sit ups hope that helps
Weight lifting, working out. To help gain muscle, eat a lot of protein and don't eat a lot of foods with carbohydrates.
