Is it close to your period?
Have you been exercising a lot more lately?
Could it be the underwire of your bra poking you?
Maybe the girls are bound up too tight?

Generally, aspirin will make it go away.

Did you take any medications like Tylenol or Advil. You should try 1 of them medications it made you feel better
