Diets and pills never work so don't try them. My cousin actually lost a lot of weight by cutting down on different things and Channing things one at a time, start with only drinking water and portioning meals correctly(you can google it for a guide) then start eating big breakfasts and lunches with small dinners and two small snacks in between, my cousin said it worked for her
Add a bunch of fruit. It gives you the sugar that your body is craving, yet you also get the necessary vitamins that aren't in coolie, cake or ice cream. Don't eat stuff that come sout of a can. It ain't good for you.
