Can my brother be sent to Juvie for being abusive?

I recently obtained a black eye and bruised arms and wrists from my brother can be be sent to Juvie for being so abusive towards me? my mom doesn't care whenever he hits me and thinks its just messing around and my dad doesn't know about it

First of all your mother needs to smarten up and open her eyes, secondly your brother could be charged with battery against you and he could go to juvenile hall, I think if he doesn't smarten up that's where he needs to be, with your mother right next to him, and tell your dad about this, he needs to know...

Any guy who hits a woman deserves to be put in prison. I don't know about Juvie but you could ask your local police department.

I would first try telling your dad. What your brother is doing is assaulting you and that is against the law. If telling your folks doesn't work, call the cops.

Yea just call the cops on him . Simple first time they may not take him in but maybe they will scare him . If it continues they will take him . Kinda makes you a snitch but he will quit .

Yes he can. If some random guy smacked you like that I'm sure your parents would pay attention. Why does he get a free pass? Raise hell every time he hits you. Call the cops yourself if the folks don't stop his behavior. No one deserves to be hit.

He has to go to sleep somtime (hint hint) if you are up to it give him a pillow party and whale away on him. If not tell your Dad. If that doesnt work call and talk with police. Good luck
