What is the best way to fix really damaged hair?

I bleach my bangs about every 2 months and straighten it everyday. When my bangs are wet the hair gets stretchy and I can't brush it. When its dry its just tangled a lot. It looks like really bad split ends and I don't wanna cut my hair again.

Infusion worked for my fried hair. You leave it on. After 2 weeks of using it everyday I really noticed a big difference.

Get the herbal grow shampoo and conditioner or another one that helps with nourishing hair, also get a deep conditioner and leave it in for a few minutes before washing it out. I'd also lay of the dye while your hair regenerates!

Trim off the dead ends, and leave it. Use lots of conditioner, and maybe not cheap conditioner, more expensive salon conditioner. try not to bleach it for a while. Just leave it and brush it regularly,.

I've heard horse shampoo is really good for your hair. that's what my friend uses and her hair isn't damaged anymore! But you might want to look into it before you try it... :/

The only way to repair Bleached Damaged hair is unfortunately to cut it, and deep condition it, and refrain from " frying" it with a straighter...
It's all in learning from experience and not doing that again. If you don't cut it then it will eventually break-off on it's own... Maybe time for a new shorter trend of haircut. Have fun with it, and say you cut it so you can grow it back out... Lol

Stop bleaching your hair and straightening it. Try letting it dry naturally

you need to get a trim first and don't dye or use heat again. I also recommend you to try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which will help you to repair and restore your hair. :D

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair
