Have a plan ! Set a date .. Get the patch or gum.. Know what you will do with your free time to keep your mind off smoking. Start walking or working out a little each day so you don't gain weight if you eat more.... Also try to avoid all the " triggers" that will make you want to smoke Good luck! It will work if you truly want to quit. Remember, cravings only last 4 minutes :)
