How can I get in shape for basketball
Any drills exercises or diet plans would be great
Go to the park and practice. Get use to playing the sport. Make sure u ONLY play with people that are bigger and/or better than you cuz that's the only way you can get better.
Just run often. Have a schedule for when you run. Running at least four miles a day usually keeps me in shape for basketball.
jogging A LOT, work on your endurance
yeah running four miles or just running is great
Jog, play basketball at home everyday you can eat healthy and don't try to stop eating it will not help with a basketball
Suicides. They suck, but they work.
suicides (run back and forth touching the ground at the line), and push ups. i dont really play basketball much but these are ood workouts for getting in shape for a game

running up hills. You'll get in shape AND be able to jump higher
