How to view police records.

My brother is 28. I'm only 13. He's been arrested numerous times but my parents won't tell me why. He moved out when I was 3, so as you can imagine I barely know him. He doesn't even share a dad with me. But I'm curious to know about him. I'm his little sister I deserve to know. How can I find out more for free?

I really don't think you need to poke into your brothers problems. what if it's something bad? would it change your outlook on him? feel if he can why can't I?
wait till you're older and can look at it for what it is. what he may have been going through. for now just learn the lesson to stay out of trouble.

I already know what he's like. I care about him so much and nothing can change that but it is only right for me to know, He's my BROTHER I should know this stuff!

all records of this nature are public , unless sealed by a court of law. The record also may have been exponged and may not show up that way either. I f the records you are looking for have not been sealed they should be available for you to view at your local county courthouse, or administration building.

Not if the person requesting the record is under the age of 18.

I guess you're going to have to wait about 5 years. There are on line sites but they usually show what the original charge was and not the final disposition. To get that info you going to need a credit card. I doubt that your parents will give you theirs if they knew what you wanted it for. Some things are better left unknown!
