What can I do for track shoes?
Okay so i am missing some toes and have a skin graph on the bottom of my foot. ive wore everything from track shoes to football shoes and my foot hurts in regular shoes after runnig awhile. they do the same with track shoes but faster and football shoes are terrible because they have 0 flexibility. The one thing that i can wear for a long period of time while running though is basketball shoes. I dont know why i believe its because thwy are flexible like track shoes but not as tight. I would just wear basketball shoes but i want spikes for rubber tracks. what can i or should i do. BTW do not say deal woth the pain. its not regular pain i had to go into cruches during football because my skin graph was so tense and bleeding.
