If your diabetic already that not so bad, but if your not diabetic or not sure if you are, that's a little bit elevated, it could possibly mean borderline diabetic, if you tested on a glucose meter yourself, it might be best get a Dr. opinion just to be safe,
It's on the cusp between the high side of normal, and the low side of high. Different medical agencies have slightly different values for normal. But generally 60-120 give or take 5 points depending on the agency. If that was a fasting glucose it is a little high though. Is it necessarily bad? No. But a single blood sugar level does not paint a complete picture and this reading alone should be regarded as inconclusive. If you are concerned about diabetes you should consult a physician. They can check your A1C levels and run other tests that could provide a more definitive evaluation. Good luck.
