How do I get into modeling?

If anyone has any suggestions about how I can get started and what I need to do, to become a model.

I stood outside of Hollister with American Eagle clothes on telling the customers to go to American Eagle so that... A. A.E. hires me because of customer increase. or B. Hollister hires me to get me to stop.

You would need to wear their clothes for starters & to be a spruker you would have to have the right spiel or you would just be a noise pollution nuisance or you could damage the company's reputation & put people off shopping there if they thought you were annoying. The company would soon come out & move you on if a customer reported your actions without the knowledge or consent of the store. You could do more damage than good & may even find a lawsuit heading your way. Inquiring about becoming a trainee in their marketing area would make more sense. You could volunteer your services to begin with. That may catch their interest in you.

Go on xfactor or idol or the voice as that would give you publicity. You may not be a good singer but you may be spotted by a talent scout for a modeling firm. Also be at drink promotions like couga, southern comfort, Jim beam etc as you never know becoming a Jim beam girl could get you a modeling career.
