You can always use saline spray, Also avoid harsh soaps like dial. Because it can cause a lot of burning. Rotate your gauges just like you would with any other piercing. Another thing take ibuprofen tablets like Advil because they kill pain and inflammation.
Go outside into the sunlight preferably in the morning or afternoon. Lie on the grass on your stomach for two mins then on your back for two. Once you've done that go somewhere were there are people like the street, stand in the middle of the road wait. The pain will be gone instantly.
That's a tiny piece of gauge and should not hurt that bad if you had it done proper with a hollow needle. Did you pierce them yourself with a safety pin and stretch them? I never had anything pierced with smaller than a 10g. hollow needle. Perhaps they are starting to get infected and you need to let them heal up and start over.
