I'm having trouble filling out my 1099's, I don't know who's name goes where, can't find the spot where the amount paid out goes.

You will fill out the names of the contractor or subcontractor in the specified fields. You will also have to fill in the contractor's tax identification number or Social Security number and his address and signature. 1099's should have gone out by 1/31, Federal law.

Worse than that, the 1096 to the IRS should have already gone out...
