EXCERSISE. EXCERSISE. EXCERSISE. That is honestly the best way. Stay away from junk food and if you must have junk food try to eat it only one day a week. This will help alot. Also try to eat more fruits and fresh vegetables. This might be hard if you do eat a lot of junkfood. But if you do this and are craving certain things eat them cause your just gonna end up eating them eiter way.
