If I work really hard on my diet and exercise, how much weight can I lose before March seventeenth?

That's my birthday and I really want to get as thin/fit as I possibly can. What do you think?

If you do the calorie diet, and burn 3500 calories a week, you can lose anywhere from 1-2 pounds a week. There's a little over 4 weeks between now and then, so you "could" lose anywhere from 4-8 pounds.

I noticed you had another post on ketosis. If you are planning on doing a ketogenic diet, I suggest first make a meal plan. If you don't know what you're going to eat in advance, you may tend to snack. If you stick with no sugar / carbohydrates - and get at least 30 minutes of exercise twice a week (minimum!) - theres no reason you couldn't drop at least 10 lbs. When I first went ketogenic I was already pretty skinny (5'10" - 155lbs) - I dropped to 146lbs in a month. More recently with alcohol and antidepressants I ballooned to 350 lbs - I went ketogenic again and lost 150 lbs in 90 days - with no exercise. I totally believe in this diet as a healthy lifestyle (and the weight loss is nice too).

First thing you do when you wake in the morning is work out on an empty stomach. You're body will use you're fat stores for energy. 3-4 times a week and eating clean you'll easily reach you're goal and then some

Well the thing is, if you work out a lot you will lose fat but build muscle so the number on the scale won't change very drastically. If you don't work out too much and have a strict diet alone, you could lose a good 5 pounds or so. Good luck!!
