What makes a mexican jumping bean jump?

Report as

What makes the Mexican jumping beans jump is tiny moth larvae that lives inside the bean. When the flowers of the plant bloom, the moth comes and lays its eggs there so that as the seed grows, the eggs remain in it and they hatch.
