I have hughes net enternet company with a ASUS router and can't play xbox live.

I have an RT-N10+ router. I am fully connected to Xbox live i can message friends through Xbox live but it wont let me play any game live. i have a year gold membership. I took a block out of my router. I could not find my router on the port list when I tried opening a port at ports.com.

The "plug n play" setting may be set to off on your router. This is just a wild guess and may not be accurate
