What is a healthier treat/dessert that has less fat/sugar than most? I crave sweets - obviously need something that is less fattening!

There's nothing wrong with eating sweets every now and then; as long as it's not every day. Even eating them once every other day is fine as long as it's not too much.

Make a protein shake without using I've cream you can get flavored protein. Just use milk ice protein and fruit!

Raisins, dried cranberries, a piece of chocolate bar, ( better than a piece of chocolate cake), Chocolate covered nuts. Also a handful of dry cereal like frosted flakes or coco puffs. it still has sugar but not as much as other snacks. You can eat them dry it doesn't always have to be with milk.
