Why are my clothes getting tighter, when I'm not gaining weight?

Report as

They may have shrunken in the laundry...

First, you could have shrunk them, or you have gained muscle or your scale is wrong....

Some materials shrink in the dryer. Try air drying the clothes that seem to be tight.

You could have shrunk them in the wash, or you are growing.
