Low carb diets aren't always going to be the best idea. I would definitely suggest to snack on some reduced fat crackers. Also, celery and broccoli is a great snack (raw is best). Avoid some things like bacon as others suggested because they're low in carbs but high in bad stuff. Granola is very good as well. Make sure you're excercising daily! Goodluck. edit: don't eat to many nuts as others suggested. they're super high in fat and calories!
