work out and eating plan for poverty

I am getting into shape and have started working out 5 days a week at a class during lunch hour in school. I want to continue working out after school. I'm going to start jogging once the snow melts, but in Canada you never know when that's going to happen. I want to work on my core and my agility without going outside. I also need a healthy eating plan that I can follow. I'm in a VERY low class (poverty stricken) so I can buy all of those expensive stuff. but I dont see why that should stop me from getting fit! :) I'm also 10-15 pounds overweight, and I want to get back to my old self. I'm out of shape so I can't do really hard things, but I do want to push myself. Can you help? Thanks :)

Okay, basic training's include sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, jogging in place, you can lift jugs of milk in substitution for weights(or anything heavy) and planks. Might I also suggest not working on LOSING weight, but getting more in shape. Weight is just a number, try making it so that you feel better about yourself, we all have different builds. You shouldn't compare yourself to models in magazines who barely eat a single thing or get their looks from photo editing. Hope it helps, and good luck!:)

thank you, that does help! I don't have a self esteem issue and I don't want to be stick thin. I just want to be able to keep in pace with the other girls in my class, and I am thinking of joining a sports team next year, so I want to be fit by then

I don't think my high school has a soccer team, but I'll see if the city does :)

Some exercises that you can do when indoors include squats, jumping jacks, push-ups, and stepping. You can get some healthy meal diet plans online at http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-meals/MY01655&slide=2 and http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/4-healthy-meal-plans-from-the-pyramid.
