Change out any oils you use in your food with Coconut oil and Olive Oil...they burn off quickly. Avoid eating big meals at night..do that rather in the mornings if at all. Avoid sugar and sweeteners the best you can..honey is better but used in moderation. Stay far away from diet foods, they don`t work...some will make you lose weight and then gain it back later. Stay far away from fast food...it`s unhealthy and very fattening. Cook for yourself or have someone cook healthy for you. Losing weight is a change of lifestyle...not a temporary diet after which you will gain the weight right back. Get a good amount of exercise..dance, jump rope, walk, jog, swim, rollerskate, bike, hike, play basketball...etc
Avoid unhealthy and fattening food..eat lots of fruit and veggies and salads with olive oil and vinegar...and check out the benefits of organic raw apple cider vinegar..great stuff...
( vinegar helps burn fat ) Apple cider vinegar ( ACV ) has a huge amount of things it`s good for...research it, you`ll like it ! Oh, and yeah, stay away from all canned and processed foods...! Good luck ...!

Some examples of foods that you are supposed to eat include vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cucumber and grains like brown rice, corn, millet and barley. On the other hand, you should avoid sugary or fatty foods like pizza or junk food. Your method of eating also matters, for instance, you are not supposed to miss breakfast and that you should eat small amount of food with fruits in between the meals. Please check height and weight growth charts for your ideal weight. Toning muscle (weighs more than fat) can often be a good substitute for dieting.
Do's and don'ts of healthy eating.

Don'ts; processed foods(canned) heat and eats, fast foods, junk foods, late night snacks soda energy drinks no fried foods, luncheon meats. watch sweets, trans fats butter/salad dressings.
Do's eat B-fast like a king (you use more calories during the day). Lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper(we do things bass akwards in U.S) eat fresh veggies raw steamed. fresh fruits(Not canned processed) eat lean meats wild game, fish poultry eggs, baked broiled seered, roasted / open flame ,nuts/ whole grains, WATER self brewed green tea. A healthy snack is not out of the question.
Exersice early often stretches first avoid injury.
