No- "rapture" is a nonsensical belief even for the Christian religion. It's also not Scriptural- it was essentially invented by a preacher in the late 19th century.

Good luck with that..... I have no idea where people get that from. Seriously misinterpreting something for sure! Talk about "false doctrine" when it hits the fan there is going to be some very shocked people! We will be protected!! But we WILL be here. He who endures to the end are truly blessed ><>

Theres also Rev 7 which talks about people in white robes. It tells us "these are they who came OUT OF the great tribulation..." you can't come out of something you were not in. We will be here, but hidden and protected!

People have believed they were on the brink of the end of the world for about 2000 years. It's never going to happen, just iron-age fairy tales.

The resurection could happen any day now and yes I believe that.
The first christians thought the end was going to happen in their lifetime, and they were going to be raptured up with Jesus. Well it didn't happen then and over 2000 years later it still has not. Christians have been saying "it's going to happen "it's going to happen any time now, very soon". It ain't happening, any time soon or later
What kills me is how some evangelicals rank on Mormons for believing Joseph Smith was a prophet, but believe in the rapture which was also conceived by one guy pretty recently.
