Go for a jog, or at least a REALLY fast walk, Getting the 'endorphin rush' is a good way to de stress.
Eat chocolate :) the theobromine in it releases dopamine in your brain, making you feel happy :)
Watch really funny movies
Sing praises to The Lord.
