Net Nanny killed my Internet. How do I fix it?

I accidentally deleted some of the files for Net nanny, but now neither Explorer or Chrome can load some websites. It says the files are corrupt. I have failed in both uninstalling and installing.

Are you trying to fix Net Nanny or are you trying restore access to the internet?

Both, but what I really need is the Internet.

Ok I can't help you with that specific program, but (assuming you are using a windows pc) I can tell you most program services can be stopped by using task manager/end process command on any service associated with the program causing difficulty . Internet Options/restricted sites and Windows firewall should be checked and cleared for the websites being blocked. Also recommend using an application cleanup tool called "crapcleaner" by Piriform which helps in removing programs when their uninstall routine fails. Also should try booting into safe mode to prevent the net nanny services from starting and then try the remove/repair options in Windows Programs and Features/Uninstall a Program window. Comment back if you are unable to find any of these applications.
